As the country prepares to celebrate the King's birthday on 27th April 2024 with many parties, festivals, and good times to be had, the Stadspark parkrun will be the best way for you to kick off your celebrations here in Groningen!
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to kickstart your day, the Stadspark parkrun promises to be an unforgettable experience. Our weekly 5km run, jog, or walk will be bursting with Dutch pride, with flags waving, orange all over, and many friendly faces cheering you on.
So lace up your sneakers, get out your orange outfits, and join us as we salute the King on his special day!
We start at 9:00 am sharp with a welcome briefing at 8:50 am (this is always cozy, and you can leave anything you don't want to run with here).
